| 1.
The Service is provided through WORLDLINE Payment Gateway. |
| 2.
Facility is currently available only to Subscribers enrolled with
Shriram Chits India Pvt Ltd. |
| 3.
Online fees plus applicable service tax will be borne by the chit
subscriber. |
| 4.
Subscribers can pay their dues without registration. |
| 5.
If payment is approved, then a subscriber who made such payment
can have a printout of the said receipt provided, s/he has a printer
facility available at their end. Alternately s/he can have a screenshot
of the approved transaction and it can be preserved. |
| 6.
As and when payment is made by a Subscriber of Shriram Pvt India Pvt Ltd
then the proceeds would be credited to his/her A/c within 48 hours
from the time of making such payment. |
| 7.
As the customer is only paying his dues and not making any advance
payment,No Refund of individual payment is possible. |
| 8.
For Refund of entire Ticket Company rules will apply |
| 9.

to process your subscription payment and its credit into the

you register for online/services from Shriram you have the option
of receiving e-mails regarding updates about special offers, |

products and new services including any significant upgrades from
us. |

are also bound to cooperate fully should a situation arise where we
are required by law or legal process to provide information about a
subscriber. |

may share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic
information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, |
| advertisers
or other third-parties for research and advertising purposes. In
other words, we will not tell anybody that you made a specific
payment, |

we may tell them how many subscribers did make payments online or
